Howard University

Andrew is a Junior Legal Communications Major from Detroit, Michigan. Andrew is a Capstone Scholar at Howard University, and has remained securely on the Dean’s list throughout his tenure. Andrew enjoys multitasking, and has lent his support to a number of organizations on campus. He is the President of the John H. Johnson School of Communications Student Council and the Former President of the Howard University Michigan Club. Andrew also served as a Resident Assistant and as an Attorney on the Mock Trial Team. Andrew fervently pursues his interests in politics, business, and law through professional development opportunities such as interning with US Senator Carl Levin of Michigan and securing an internship with Lehman Brothers Investment Bank for the summer of 2008. Andrew also enjoys the opportunity to give to the community, and does so through several Mentorship programs and the Project Giveback organization. Andrew lives by the self-derived guideline, “Learn from yesterday, live for today, pray for tomorrow, but plan for the day after.”
