Joshua Shulman
University of Connecticut

Joshua Shulman is a senior in the Honors Program at the University of Connecticut. He graduated as the Salutatorian of Newington High School in 2006. In High School Joshua was a two sport Varsity athlete and was also involved in the music department and United Synagogue Youth. At UConn, he is a member and co-president of the Club Volleyball team. He teaches Hebrew School at Temple Beth Sholom in Manchester, CT and is a staff member for United Synagogue Youth. Joshua has worked for both of Connecticut’s US Senators and the State Treasurer. He will be a fellow at the Center for the Study of the Presidency in Washington, D.C. this upcoming year. Joshua is majoring in Political Science and aspires to have a career in public service.
